End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and White Games ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of Arcfall and any related software, services, and content (collectively, the "Game").

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Game.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Game
• Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Game or servers

3. Ownership

The Game and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by White Games and our licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Game.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Game. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. In-Game Purchases

The Game may offer virtual items, currency, or other content for purchase ("In-Game Purchases"). All In-Game Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Game in a respectful manner and not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share or distribute inappropriate content

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHITE GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

10. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any part thereof at any time without notice. We may also update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Game after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which White Games operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
